The 800 sq. m house is built on a cliff near the ocean, designed to blend in with the natural landscape. It features terraces that extend the natural environment, an atrium at the heart of the design, and careful use of color and materials to integrate the building into its surroundings. The house has two pools, a staff facility, and a green roof. It also incorporates solar panels, swivel lamellas for regulating insolation, and water collection tanks for rainwater.
