Casa Corten emerged from a response to the pre-existing, a former factory, with only oxidized steel remaining. The architectural form were defined according to the site's topography, employing a fragmented volumetry that aligns with natural contours of the land, minimizing the impact of the intervention. The spatial organization emphasizes openness, light, and constant visual connection with nature. The entrance hall, clad in corten and wood, acts as a vertical connector between the private area on the lower and social area above. Exposed concrete dominates floors, walls, and ceilings.
