Casa Kani-Ini is located on a 4,500 m² plot facing the sea, in the El Vigía sector of Puerto Escondido, on the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico. The main challenge was to design the house with the least possible impact on its surroundings. To achieve this, the built area was divided into several strategically placed structures. A continuous nave of wood and concrete forms the social and recreational zone, followed by a central green water courtyard that transitions to the bedroom modules. This layout isolates spaces, creating solid volumes connected only by circulation bridges.
