The Light and Truth at the End of the Tunnel project redefines sacred space through modernist simplicity while preserving spiritual essence. Located on a rural estate in Bogor, Indonesia, it features a chapel, Mother Mary garden, and retreat villas embedded in nature. An inverted tunnel-like form, flowing geometries, and dramatic lighting create spaces of awe, intimacy, and devotion. Covering less than 10% of the site, the design blends into the terrain, offering 360° views, indoor-outdoor connections, and a spiritual journey illuminated by light at the end of the tunnel.
