The tower of the Fulda city palace is a landmark building in the baroque city centre. As part of the overall renovation, a lift and a staircase have been incorporated into the cultural monument in such a way that different perspectives create an exciting interior space within the atmospheric historic shell. The architectural style continued at the top of the tower. An abstract steel structure has been designed to reflect the historic shape of tower domes, which are known during the Renaissance and Baroque period. Finally, the museum-like interior complements the overall concept.
