Guangming Building No.17 is located Beijing, China. Originally it was built in the 1960s, a district directly managed public housing, a total of 29 households. Before reconstruction, the building shares 1 bathroom for every 5 residents, the water supply is old and aging, and the electric wire is seriously connected privately, which is a simple and easy building with higher danger level. The project was officially launched in 2020, and all 29 households completed the handover and chose to live back. The new building is a semi-underground with one floor and four floors above ground.
