Screen 504, a 21-storeyed apartment building in Udaipur, Rajasthan, spans 20,000 sqm with 78 apartments planned for cross-ventilation, daylight, and panoramic hill views. Inspired by traditional screened balconies, each apartment integrates open and screened decks with adjustable perforated panels for thermal comfort and privacy. Sustainable measures include rainwater harvesting, water recycling, fly ash bricks, and local materials. Amenities include a gym, pool, community hall, and rooftop garden.
