The high-rise building contains more than 600 apartments and a 5 star hotel in the base building. The organic form has its origin in aerodynamic studies to improve the buildings structure and the urban context. It generates less falling winds and improves the macro climate. In the sense of a vertical city a variety of amenities for the residents can be found distributed over the floors of the tower. There is a restaurant, a supermarket, a lounge and wellness area, party areas, and various meeting spaces. Thus the building will generate a community and enrich the social life of the inhabitants.
