All 75 seats face the hearth, framed by reflective Heath Ceramics tiles. Skylab reimagined a 1980s building with low ceilings, embracing the sunken grade to create a warm, earthy space. Low soffits nod to Japanese farmhouses, while century-old Douglas Fir beams, custom-milled and repurposed, honor traditional Japanese wood tectonics and form a striking retail fixture system.
