Khai Sơn Penthouse merges two units into a seamless home for a young family, forming a vertical journey with double-height voids, balconies, and diverse living spaces. A central spine divides functional and complementary zones, while rectilinear and spiral stairs connect two floors. One void serves as a spacious living room, the other as an indoor garden linking dining, kitchen, and bedrooms. Verticality is highlighted by linear forms and tall trees, shaping an open, playful, light-filled atmosphere for both children and adults.
