This project is located on the North Bund of Shanghai, facing the Lujiazui financial and trade zone, and is a multifunctional public space that integrates office, art, and social functions, aimed at becoming a new landmark for the city. Taking advantage of the height on the 18th floor, the project uses a unique perspective and design to create a modern art zone with a "canyon" feel. It also features an open-air café, providing a venue for social interactions, and optimizes space efficiency in the shared office area through flexible layout and modern materials.
