Thailand's New Civic Landmark for Sustainable and Inclusive Governance(LPSC / Dhanarak Asset Development)
As Thailand’s growth accelerates, public service demand has outpaced the existing Government Complex. Building C, a 660,000 sqm one-stop service hub, redefines citizen–government interaction. Three wings converge at a central atrium linked to a circular form inspired by the Pod Duang coin, symbolizing prosperity. The design reimagines a Thai village, centering public spaces for openness and civic life. Agencies are organized into “vertical villages” with dedicated cores—six in the North, three in the East, two in the West—ensuring efficiency, security, and emergency isolation.
