The new Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto is a redesign and fit-out of the 10th floor at 700 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. Commissioned by the University, the project’s aim is to provide updated office accommodations for staff and student body while the Faculty of Arts and Science develops a long-term plan for new builds. In addition to extensive stakeholder consultation, the design team explored multiple design approaches that maximize natural light and introduced features that support occupant well-being while optimizing floor area efficiencies.
