The complex is divided into two volumes (complex-hall and dance hall) to allow the new public promenade to run through the building, connecting the existing facilities and the new complex with the surrounding neighbourhoods. The multi-sports hall formes a rectangular plan covered by a textile roof with four peaks ranging from 13 m to 28 m at the highest point. The textile covering provides even, constant light throughout the day. At night, its white fabric envelope transforms it into a backlit lantern, embodying the renewal of the entire sports and cultural centre.
