The new Quest Diagnostics facility brings together clinical, laboratory, and administrative offices, previously housed in four different locations, to create a vibrant central campus. The building consists of a large ground level laboratory, support spaces, second floor offices, and amenity spaces arranged as a linear bar along the building’s north side. This arrangement maximizes access to natural light for the offices and amenities spaces. The future growth and changing needs of lab departments were considered, and technology and industry factors were studied and integrated into the design.
