Screened Spaces is a commercial office building designed by Studio UF+O. It is located in Vijayawada, India, a tier 2 city with hardly any buildings that are designed by Architects. Within the city's dense and chaotic context, this building is a red monolithic urban insert armoured with screens to mitigate heat from the hot and arid climate. The building brings a striking contrast to its surroundings and has now become a landmark.
