Located in the rice fields of Yamagata, Suiden Terrace by Shigeru Ban floats lightly above the landscape. I stayed at the hotel to capture it in shifting light and weather, focusing on calm compositions, soft reflections, and the natural rhythm of materials. The series blends wide exteriors with quiet interior moments, always led by atmosphere and light. My aim was to reflect the building’s essence: simplicity, balance, and stillness.
