The 7th Floor Studio renovation for a global architecture practice embodies the firm’s values—showcasing their work, connecting to New York City, and enhancing the team’s experience. Located on 42nd Street with sweeping views of Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, the space celebrates the studio’s deep roots in Manhattan. Plentiful natural light, biophilic design, and a restrained material palette foster creativity and support wellbeing. The creative office features in-house models, textured wall tiles, and 3D-printed cityscapes illustrating a commitment to craft and the city.
