Set on a private estate in central Ukraine, these guesthouses reinterpret the traditional mazanka through a contemporary lens. Fully glazed façades replace whitewashed walls, dissolving boundaries with nature, while an oversized thatched roof forms a bold, sculptural silhouette. Inside, a minimal layout centres on a concrete core, with eco-minimalist interiors by Ukrainian designers. Rooted in terroir design, the project distils cultural archetypes into a refined, immersive architectural experience.
