Parco del Mare transforms Rimini’s fragmented seafront into a continuous urban park connecting the city, beach and Adriatic Sea. Sinuous pedestrian and cycling routes weave through coastal planting, shaded areas and fish-shaped artificial dunes that bridge changes in level and shelter the promenade from sea winds. Wood and ceramic paving reinterpret Rimini’s history and culture, creating distinct identities along the waterfront. Designed for year-round use, the park promotes public life, well-being, sport and climate resilience.
