In the Belgian woodland, light filters, scatters, dissolves. Broken by canopy, softened by moss, absorbed into bark before reaching ground. Two kilometres of recycled reflective thread at oblique angles between trees. Planes occupy the forest’s middle air, the space between root and crown. By day, golden light grazes threads; by night, they catch a glow, solidifying rays with no source. Geometry shifts with every step. The forest becomes a sky. The installation emits no light. The thread hangs on perforated bars and reversible straps. No anchors drilled into a living tree, nothing left behind.
