Estia Restaurant - Lindos Mare Resort

Estia is conceived as a dual-identity dining space — open and sunlit for breakfast, then transitioning into an intimate fine-dining environment by evening. Integrated within the Lindos Mare Resort in Rhodes, the project draws architectural inspiration from the island’s fortified heritage and the enduring spatial language of the Medieval city of Rhodes. Materiality forms the backbone of the concept. Form and geometry speak rhythm and balance. Monolithic, stone sculptured walls echo the surrounding landscape while natural steel is combined with brushed warm wood and natural textiles.
