Healthcare and Retail House

Located in the historic center of Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, the project occupies the site of the town’s former post office, within a heritage-sensitive urban context. The development comprises a mixed-use building, with retail spaces at ground level and a medical center on the upper floor. The architectural approach reinterprets local materials, colors, roof forms, and surrounding urban typologies through a contemporary design language. The rare wooded area located next to the project has been preserved as a shared green space, maintaining this valuable landscape feature within the neighbourhood.
