On the 70th floor of Shimao World Trade Center, Changsha (~350m), this project reinterprets the “Tower of Babel” as a spatial link between earth and sky. Existing structure—inclined columns, faceted façades, helipad—becomes slanted stone/metal/glass volumes, generating shifting light and depth. Two immersive zones define the concept: “Forest of Light” (dense point lighting) and “The Dune” (meditative stone landscape). Guest rooms reject standard modularity, offering panoramic views, crystal soaking tubs, minibar, and open wardrobe—balancing privacy with a cinematic sky-high experience.
