The discussion and planning for Kowloon City’s redevelopment have lasted over a decade. It finally began in 2022. In tandem with the city’s development, blossom inevitably takes a new step forward alongside Kowloon City. As regular patrons from the neighbourhood, we have always cherished this hidden corner tucked away in the old alleys of the city. The same familiar faces appear every day for the familiar flavours. The aroma of coffee spills out from the door cracks at the first light of dawn, while the laughter of drinkers echoes under the dim lights on Nam Kok Road late into the night.
