NBBJ designed the new VIVO headquarters in Shenzhen. The high-rise tower sits on a prominent location in Bao’an District of Shenzhen. The tower offers magnificent views over Qianhai bay as well as the Pearl River Delta. Designed with an accessible outdoor spine that makes it way up the tower, employees of Vivo can enjoy outdoor areas on each floor. The terraced podium creates enjoyable spaces as one makes their way up the tower. Photographed in Shenzhen for NBBJ
