Jiangcun Apartment is Qidu’s first premium talent apartment community, a key project to support its growing talent pool amid industrial growth. The project is converted from a former nursing home. The 4-building complex retains the original layout, with 33 apartments across 5 typologies and public amenities. Preserving the original concrete frame, the building adapts to residential functions via sectional adjustments. Corrugated metal cladding, staggered volumes, linked corridors and preserved greenery together forms a youthful lifestyle that fosters a vibrant living and social environment.
