K-Thengono Design Studio transformed an existing shophouse in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, into a hybrid showroom and office for Estica, an aluminum windows and doors company. Retaining the original structure, the design follows the existing grid, exposing concrete beams and introducing a vertical void that connects all levels. Recycled aluminum volumes contain director rooms and meeting spaces, while the ground floor displays products in architectural applications. A perforated aluminum facade and restrained material palette unify product, workplace, and architecture.
