Located in the evolving Quartier des Gares, where transit networks and urban infrastructures converge, 900 Saint-Jacques stands as a gateway to the city, bridging the site’s legacy with its evolving urban life. Reimagining the tower typology as a civic participant, the project is rooted in contextual awareness, social cohesion and ecological sensitivity. Its carefully positioned volume, mineral precast concrete envelope, ground floor open to the street, green spaces and communal terraces weave a meaningful and reciprocal relationship with the city, strengthening the neighborhood’s identity.
