This 306,600 m² mixed-use development directly faces Tokyo Station. Within a single structure, it brings together an elementary school, an underground bus terminal, a luxury hotel, offices, and shops serving entirely different user groups – yet all coexist with remarkable coherence. Reflecting Yaesu’s historic role as a convergence point of diverse flows, the project embodies Tokyo’s defining urban condition: the co-presence of diverse functions sustained in productive tension within one unified architectural framework, redefining architecture's role in mediating metropolitan complexity.
