Laiva Plaza reinterprets the boutique hotel as an extension of the public realm within the historic center of San José del Cabo. A system of interlocking walls shapes a stepped volume that integrates a mixed-use ground floor, two levels of guest rooms, and a rooftop garden organized around a central courtyard that brings natural daylight and cross ventilation. The experience begins with an open forecourt and a shaded passage that extend the street into the building, creating a spatial sequence of transition, calm, and connection to the urban context.
