Situated between Westlake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Grand Canal, Westlake 66 reconnects two of Hangzhou’s most reassured landmarks through a 392,000 square meter mixed-use development. The project reinvigorates a deteriorated neighborhood with a new, green pedestrian link and office space suited to technology start-ups and young professionals. Built using bespoke computational design tools and inspired by the rich heritage and culture of the city, Westlake 66 brings city, nature, and community into one continuous, immersive experience.
