Oborishte 26 by NiMa Design introduces a contemporary residential presence to one of Sofia’s most historic neighbourhoods. Its sculptural volumes reinterpret the rounded forms of the surrounding architecture, creating a dialogue between heritage and contemporary design. Curved facades form sheltered terraces and intimate spaces, while generous glazing connects the interiors to the city. A load-bearing facade enables flexible, column-free layouts, giving residents freedom to personalise their homes. Eleven apartments surround a secluded courtyard, balancing urban vibrancy with privacy.
