"Ichikawa Shinto" proposes a paradigm shift in residential development—transforming traditional projects from nature-destructive into forest-like communities where people and nature coexist. Aiming for "Nature Positive," this 13-unit development creates three key cycles: "LendScape" (sharing green scenery), native-focused "Biodiversity," and disaster "Resilience." Through a co-creation framework uniting local government, NPOs, and residents, the project fosters a sustainable community that enriches gracefully over time, establishing a new model for environment-regenerative living.
