Trieu Chien
100 Windows is a residence for a multi-generational family of three households in suburban Hanoi, Vietnam. Set in a transitional landscape—formerly agricultural, now mixed residential and industrial—the building is wrapped in a loosely defined double skin of nearly one hundred irregular apertures. These openings, varying in size, depth, and position, ensure consistent light, air, and views regardless of how the surrounding landscape evolves. From outside, their irregular placement renders the interior illegible, preserving privacy within a highly visible suburban setting.
