Zawiła 65 Business Park is the revitalization of a historic 19th-century cavalry barracks in Kraków, initiated in 2012 by Grupa Deweloperska Start. The brick buildings, dating to 1888 and long derelict, have been fully restored and integrated with a new office structure into a cohesive complex. The project comprises Buildings X, Y and Z with office and retail space, underground parking (47 spaces), 56 surface parking spots, EV charging stations, and cyclist facilities. It merges historic fabric with contemporary design and smart building management systems.
