This project continues a collaboration with a returning client seeking a bold, functional home for a sociable lifestyle. Inspired by brutalism, the design embraces a “raw yet refined” aesthetic. A fragmented one-bedroom layout was opened up by removing walls, creating a seamless living, dining, and kitchen space. A central island anchors the home as both workspace and social hub. Integrated storage and multi-functional elements maximise efficiency, while concrete textures, wood accents, and statement lighting create a tactile yet inviting environment.
