ARQ Vila Mariana creatively addresses uneven terrain, fostering innovative connections both horizontally and vertically. Comprising two linked volumes, the ground floor serves as a pedestrian-friendly space, resembling a reimagined public square with active facades and amenities. A staircase and grandstand highlight the unevenness, while a cross-sectional cut creates an internal courtyard. The dynamic design extends to the facade and interior spaces, organizing different residential typologies and non-residential areas efficiently.
