Dairy Farm Residences is a condominium development designed to offer homeowners the ideal luxury living. Located in the serene Hillview estate, it comprises 4 towers made up of 1,500 PPVC modules forming 460 dwelling units. 42 different module types are used to achieve 16 different unit types in the residential towers. A challenge was navigating the design and construction out of PPVC modules given the sloping site terrain. The basement car park was thus tucked within the slope, minimizing excavation and providing a flat datum for PPVC module installation on the podium roof.
