Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw headquarters occupies over 4,000 m² across the three top floors of Varso Tower. The interior combines the calm of Japandi with New York’s dynamic spirit, creating a refined yet flexible workplace that moves beyond a single model of work. Open areas, private offices, meeting spaces, a library and social zones support different modes of collaboration and concentration. A curated collection of works by Polish contemporary artists adds a cultural layer, creating a dialogue between architecture, art and the identity of the place.
