388 Cambridge is a state-of-the-art three story office and retail project. Adean Studios created a communal lobby and luxury spa experience with diffused natural light that floods the entirety of the central corridor through fluted glass and screens while lush planter beds and trees bring the natural world indoors. The materiality of texture was applied throughout the space through wooden and marble elements along with dark antique unlacquered brass, brick and stone resulting in a space where old world luxury blends seamlessly with new world technology.
