Surrounded by aging industrial warehouses, this plaza has suffered from spatial and functional decay. The design response integrates concrete structures and vegetation to soften the industrial landscape and revitalize the arid environment, becoming a meeting place to improve working conditions for employees. In particular, a cistern collects high-temperature machine water, which is channeled through chimneys to mitigate temperature fluctuations. In addition, the conduction and absorption of water in exterior areas is solved with gravel-filled drainage pits.
