Lambkill Ridge, named after a local plant, Sheep Laurel, is a nature-inspired retreat in Terence Bay, Nova Scotia. Designed for a family of four, it consists of two mirrored volumes connected by a boardwalk, elevated to blend with the forest canopy. The sleeping pavilion features sustainable amenities, while the living pavilion includes a kitchenette, living area, and guest loft. Off-grid features include passive ventilation, an incinerating toilet, and rainwater collection. Interior materials like locally sourced hemlock and industrial black-metal accents complement the natural surroundings.
