The park is designed to harvest rainwater while establishing a new cultural paradigm, built on five pillars: environmental services, social inclusion, hydrological systems, and self-sustaining income. A mile-long pedestrian boulevard distributes visitors and deters dead zones, while the Serpent—a shaded walkway inspired by Málaga's awnings—lowers summer temperatures by 6°C. Rather than converging like a conventional street, it diverges across both sides of the park, its latticed roof hosting micro-gardens, pavilions and world-class facilities: a landscape structure, not a building.
