"Center Hill" serves as the hub of the circulation routes connecting the five surrounding apartment complexes, and also as a garden that forms the landscape overlooked from all sides. The raised garden layer, with circulation routes and common spaces beneath it, intersects in a complex manner, creating a rich and deep space. Furthermore, art is harmoniously integrated into the building, blending with the garden and interior, creating a new residential value that makes residents feel as if they are living in an art gallery.
