Noble Create reimagines residential development as living ecological infrastructure. Within a dense urban context, over 15,000 sqm of continuous open space forms a Forest Habitat where trees, water, topography, and biodiversity shape everyday life. Six residential buildings are arranged around a central landscape of forest gardens, flowering meadows, and visible water systems that support cooling, habitat creation, and stormwater management. The project transforms the landscape from amenity into the defining structure of community, wellbeing, and urban ecological value.
