TOWNPLACE West Kowloon is a contemporary living destination in Nam Cheong, featuring a promenade concept. The building offers long-stay hotel services and recreational amenities to foster an interactive community. Its H-shaped design ensures panoramic sea views, and a façade of glass panels with copper gold fins enhances heat regulation. The 26-story tower extends green areas throughout by connecting to the public promenade and F&B area. The elevated clubhouse boasts a sky garden and multi-level terrace with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and Central.
