MOI is a restaurant on Wardour Street in London's Soho, where Mexican and Japanese culinary traditions converge within a space shaped by organic form, cultural contrast, and sensory depth. The design unfolds as a layered narrative — from the street-facing snake-shaped chandelier that draws the eye inward, to an open kitchen where culinary craft becomes part of the atmosphere. Bionic-inspired staircases, woven textures, and earthy tones evoke natural landscapes while grounding the 650m² interior in warmth and material authenticity.
