Tectonic Chunk Model Exhibited in SCI-Arc Spring Show: Future Stares Back
Echo Beyond is a proposal for the National Museum of Ecuador, located adjacent to Parque La Carolina in Quito. Conceived as a compact civic monument, the project is organized through a series of interlocking voids carved from a singular architectural mass. These voids connect exhibition spaces, circulation, and public programs, transforming the museum into an urban landscape of collective gathering. Rather than functioning as a neutral container for artifacts, the museum becomes a cultural landmark that mediates between the city, public memory, and contemporary Ecuadorian identity.
