Twin Peaks

Nestled at the hub of Glen Cove, Long Island, the project includes an existing 3-story parking lot and two additional residential towers. The exodus caused by the shortage of affordable housing is deserting the city of Glen Cove and the vast land of parking lots and roads are underused. The project invents an additional structure model that allows two new towers to sit on the existing building without losing the parking numbers. The value of this concept lies in its approach of minimal intervention. While increasing the functionality, we are not taking new land from nature.
